Mixer questions

Is there a minimum order for a custom pour?

One 4-pack. Custom pours ship with the Thursday truck, so an order in by Sunday night is on your porch the following week.

Can I return a custom soda I don’t like?

Printed cap rings can’t be resold, so custom pours aren’t returnable — but if the first 4-pack misses, Lettie re-balances it free on your next order.

What can I print on the cap ring?

Up to 18 letters and numbers, in our fountain lettering. Birthdays, wedding tables and shop names are the usual — nothing rude, nothing trademarked.
